Its well accented sweetness comes from ripe beans and the caramelization during the process of roasting. The chocolaty notes have a more velvety and prolonged texture, similar to the sensation of letting a piece of chocolate melt on the tongue. This may vary between vanilla and chocolate itself, with increased intensities, including caramel and Rapadura flavor. This classic of the Cerrado is full bodied and has an aftertaste that remains in the mouth, after sipping it.
