This is a fruity coffee, which brings to mind the flavor of ripe and healthy fruit. It is the result of a lighter toasting process and the use of beans grown at higher altitudes. It may highlight the flavors of raisins, blackberries and other fruits that characterize the coffees with accented acidity.
